We are getting close to a start on construction of our new canopy here at Hancock’s Service Center!
For those that haven’t heard, we had a large truck hit the corner of our canopy the beginning of July. We have been working toward repairs ever since. Our gas had gone down for a couple weeks but we have slowly been able to open up rows of pumps. Our auto repair portion has been running, but was slowed down by the yellow tape and canopy damage. Now we are in October and finally starting to see some progress. Exploratory digging around the canopy poles has been done, plans have been drawn up, and we are all ready to start making some dust. The last thing we need is a start date. Word should come shortly about when that date will be, so keep an eye on our social media sites for updates!
While our new canopy is going up, both the repair shop and gas pumps will be down. This could last anywhere from one week to a month. If there are any delays, we will of course let you know through our social media outlets. You’ll have some great specials and giveaways to look forward to at our grand reopening!
